StockPlus considers protecting the privacy of Users of its Auction facility to be a major priority. When you register your personal and business details, account information and other sensitive data with us, you will do so using a secure server. This means that all the information you send us is encrypted and fully protected.
Your credit card details will be collected by SecPay and Barclays Merchant Services which we rely upon to operate a secure payment service using the latest encryption technology. StockPlus does not hold your credit card details itself.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully, in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Information which identifies you personally will only be used:
• to provide you with use of our Auction facility;
• to assist us in the development of the Auction facility and in your use of our website;
• to contact you when necessary;
• to send you information you have requested;

• to send you information about our services/companies we think will be of interest to you;

We will not email you with information unless you have given us consent to do so on the Registration Form.
